In the first of our ITF Fireside Series, Executive Connector, Rachel Jagusch, will lead a conversation with Emma, our ITF Founder. They will explore Emma's journey from mat to business, why she believes we all have superpowers, and share some of Emma’s reflections, wisdom and insights from two decades of mind and body exploration.

Emma Watkins Bio:
Emma is an entrepreneur, somatic practitioner, and mother whose career has spanned corporates to start ups. She is the Founder of two businesses and several established Wellbeing Programmes. Throughout it all, two themes have remained constant: community and wellbeing. Emma deeply believes in — and has witnessed time and again — the transformative power of the collective. Alongside, she has spent the last two decades exploring health and self, now dedicating herself to making wellbeing accessible, helping individuals to understand their own potential, resource and ability.
She has trained extensively across a variety of yoga disciplines, breathwork, coaching, and healing, continually deepening her understanding of mind and body.
Her latest creation, Into the Fold, weaves together 15 years of learning and experience. It is a Wellness Hub, where Movement and Breathwork take centre stage — a space offering expert-led teaching, curated content, and practical guidance to support and enable balance, vitality, and a sense of fun in everyday life.
Rachel Jagusch Bio:
Rachel is an Executive Connector, with 14 years experience working in the legal sector followed by working in the luxury world.
Rachel specialises in building trusted relationships and making meaningful connections. She introduces individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses to prospective clients, new contacts and business opportunities. She also regularly hosts fireside chats across a number of disciplines to promote the work and businesses of others. Professor Jimmy Choo, Dame Kelly Holmes, Lynn Blades, BA, PCC, MGSCC, Pinky Lilani CBE DL and Sabrina Gidde are amongst those she has interviewed.
