In this Breathwork + Brekkie session we will work with three of our mini superpowers, the breath, our senses and our imagination. Emma will guide you through a selection of micro breathwork + movement practices that will enable you to start the day with focus, clarity and energy.
Come for an intimate and uplifting morning of Breathwork, Brekkie and Connection.

Emma Watkins Bio:
Emma is an entrepreneur, somatic practitioner, and mother whose career has spanned corporates to start ups. She is the Founder of two businesses and several established Wellbeing Programmes. Throughout it all, two themes have remained constant: community and wellbeing. Emma deeply believes in — and has witnessed time and again — the transformative power of the collective. Alongside, she has spent the last two decades exploring health and self, now dedicating herself to making wellbeing accessible, helping individuals to understand their own potential, resource and ability.
She has trained extensively across a variety of yoga disciplines, breathwork, coaching, and healing, continually deepening her understanding of mind and body.
Her latest creation, Into the Fold, weaves together 15 years of learning and experience. It is a Wellness Hub, where Movement and Breathwork take centre stage — a space offering expert-led teaching, curated content, and practical guidance to support and enable balance, vitality, and a sense of fun in everyday life.
