In this guided session, Emma will introduce a series of accessible “micro” breathwork practices designed to be used anytime, anywhere, whether you need to reset, refocus or find a moment of calm. Alongside the practice, Emma will share a short masterclass on how we breathe, why it matters, and how small shifts can have a meaningful impact on your energy, focus and overall wellbeing.
